They are the centerpiece of our efforts to fight climate change through rotational grazing and intensive pasture management. This grass-fed beef is highly nutrient-dense and is intensely flavorful. We are the ONLY grass-fed, grass-finished beef producer in Charleston County. Our desire is that you enjoy this beef as much as we enjoyed raising it.
