Mini Cookies for Easter made by Bakery Club. All of their cookies are baked fresh with homemade cookie dough and decorated by hand.
Ingredients are Kosher and Parve (Their kitchen is not Kosher Certified).
Cookie dough: white granulated sugar, margarine, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, zest of lemon.
Icing: Meringue powder (CK), fondant (Wilton), water, lemon juice, vanilla flavoring, powered sugar, light corn syrup.
The cookie dough itself has a delicious butter flavor that pairs up very nicely with the sweetness of a soft royal icing.
